Returns Policy

🔁 Return Policy

Please contact us to arrange any returns. The following conditions apply:

    • - A copy of the original invoice must be included with all returns.
    • - A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned parts.
    • - Parts priced under $10.00 are non-returnable.
    • - Orders placed without a customer-provided/applicable VIN are non-returnable.
    • - Returned parts must be resellable and in their original packaging.
    • - We cannot accept used, installed, or tested parts.
    • - Electrical parts are not returnable.
    • - If the part number label is missing or damaged, the return will not be accepted.
    • - We reserve the right to refuse and return any part that shows signs of installation, use, or does not meet the above criteria.
    • - Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
    • - Please allow 5–10 business days for return processing.

♻️ Core Returns

To receive credit for a core charge:

    • - The core must be returned in its original box.
    • - It must be an original OEM part, free of external damage to the housing or components.
    • - Refunds are issued after the core has been received and inspected.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

    • - Orders (or individual items) may be canceled prior to shipment.
    • - If a canceled part was special-ordered from the manufacturer, a 25% return fee may apply.
    • Contact us to arrange for any returns.
    • Return Management Authorization is required for all return requests.
    • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
    • There may be up to a 25% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
    • Drop Shipped items are considered Non-Returnable due to being shipped from third party warehouse.
    • Drop Shipped items are discontinued, slow moving, or no longer readily available inventory considered Non-Returnable
    • Any small parts or low dollar parts that are less than $10 retail cost are Non-Returnable.
    • Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
    • We cannot take back used parts.
    • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
    • Electrical parts are not returnable.
    • VIN specific, color coded, special ordered items are all considered Non-Returnable.
    • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
    • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt confirmed by the tracking number.
    •  - Orders placed without a customer-provided/applicable VIN are not returnable.
    •  - Parts must be:
    •    - Not used, installed, or tested
    •    - In original packaging
    •    - In resaleable condition
    •  -  Electrical parts are not returnable.
    • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
    • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 25% may apply
